At Helena College, our policies and procedures are designed to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our students. This includes ensuring parents can easily update important information and provide consent where required.


To this end, we kindly request that you complete the form below. Some questions are mandatory for all parents / guardians, while others may only be relevant to some families.

BUS SERVICE | The College offers dedicated bus services to six main regions, including a free shuttle service between campuses.

By registering to use the Helena College Bus Service, I am agreeing to provide my child’s name and chosen bus route to the charter company engaged to operate the service via the RollCall app.

I agree my child’s name, chosen bus route, and student number will be provided to the bus charter provider for the purposes of travel to and from Helena College.

QUESTION 4

SENIOR SCHOOL CANTEEN VOLUNTEER | The Canteen is open five days a week. We offer students recess snacks with a varying lunch menu daily. The support of volunteers is vital to the efficient running of the Canteen, and we warmly welcome new volunteers.
